houstonpic.jpeg Phynd Technologies, Inc. recently announced the signing of three new hospitals: Meadows Regional Medical Center – Vidalia, GA; Houston Methodist – Houston, TX and Shore Medical Center – Somers Point, NJ. The new clients range in bed size from 57 to over 1,000 and use three different, leading EHR solutions, demonstrating the breadth of Phynd’s solution and its interoperability.

Houston Methodist is a leading academic medical center comprised of six community hospitals with over 1,000 beds, serving the Greater Houston area. Shore Medical Center with 296 beds is located in eastern Atlantic County, New Jersey, southwest of Atlantic City. Meadows Regional Medical Center with 57 beds serves Montgomery, Toombs, Treutlen and Tattnall counties in Georgia.

Meadows Regional is a successful rural hospital providing a wide range of primary and specialty care services in a competitive environment in south Georgia.

"Our goal for implementing Phynd Technologies’ platform was to fend off the challenges resulting from inaccurate provider data," commented Alan Kent, President and Chief Executive Officer at Meadows Regional Medical Center. "This problem plagues many hospitals today and causes multiple downstream issues complicating care coordination and revenue cycle management. We installed the Phynd product as a preventative measure to help us unify and manage provider data from a single, accurate source.”
