Phynd CEO Tom White published an opinion piece on the @HIStalk Healthcare IT News & Opinion blog. In it he reviews some of the obvious and not so obvious consequences to provider data management that can result from the emergence of clinically integrated networks and value-base care.

Tom urges healthcare leaders to take a proactive approach to provider data management and suggests they can no longer afford to deny the critical role this information plays in today’s increasingly complex and challenging healthcare system. He believes that in today’s increasingly integrated, value-based care market, accurate provider data is critical for running an efficient, competitive, and profitable healthcare system.
